What to expect

Messages are stored and alerted to the people who answer them; the alert is retried until it is delivered. We answer during US business hours. No response time is promised during the pilot, and none is claimed anywhere on this site.

Before you write

Troubleshooting covers 401s, the consent page, validator_unavailable refs, over_cap and policy_changed.
Status says which clients and capabilities are proven, implemented, planned or unproven.
Security reports have their own form and a security.txt.

Data requests

To ask what Fleet holds about you or your organization, or to have it deleted, write here from the email on your account. Deletion is handled by hand until the retention schedule ships; the privacy policy says what exists.
