Parties and acceptance
These terms are between Oracis AI LLC ("Oracis", "we"), the company behind Fleet by Oracis, and the organization that accepted an invitation to the pilot and each of its members ("you"). Accepting an invitation, signing in, or connecting a client to the service is acceptance of these terms and of the Acceptable Use policy and Privacy Policy. Draft pending counsel review; not yet in force.
The pilot
Fleet is offered as an invitation-only pilot. Public signup is off. An organization owner invites a member by email; during the pilot the operator provisions the account and the organization on the owner's behalf. We may change, limit or end the pilot, and we will tell you before we do.
Accounts and security
You keep your credentials to yourself, and you tell us at once through support if you believe an account or a connected client has been compromised. A Fleet session lasts eight hours. An organization owner or admin can ask for an identity to be revoked, which ends its sessions and cancels its running jobs.
Authorizing repositories
You may only connect a repository you control, and you warrant that you have the right to have it processed as the Privacy Policy and subprocessors page describe. GitHub remains the system of record for your code, pull requests and checks. Fleet reads your repository and posts checks; it does not push to it.
What Fleet does, and does not do
Through the hosted service, Fleet runs bounded engineering jobs within the budget you set, returns lessons recorded for similar work, and runs the verification policy you approved against the exact commit you submit, on an independent runner, issuing a signed receipt that identifies the source, the policy and what the runner observed. A job's output is a proposal for you to review. A receipt is evidence of that run. It is not a warranty that the software is correct, secure or fit for a purpose, and it is not a certification of any kind. You remain responsible for what you release.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use policy is part of these terms.
Fees and budgets
No fee is charged during the pilot. The budget you set on a job is a spend ceiling we enforce on our own costs; it is not an invoice to you. If pricing is introduced, we will publish it and ask for your agreement before anything is charged.
Third-party services
Fleet depends on the providers listed on the subprocessors page. Their availability and terms are theirs; we choose them with care and tell you when they change.
Intellectual property
Your code, your data and your receipts are yours. Fleet, its software, its documentation and its marks are ours. If you give us feedback about Fleet, we may use it without obligation to you.
Confidentiality
Information about the pilot that is not public, including performance, incidents and unreleased capabilities, is confidential between us. Nothing here stops you from reporting a security issue to us or from complying with the law.
Disclaimer of warranties
During the pilot the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and Oracis's total liability arising from the pilot is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during a free pilot is zero.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation in the pilot on notice. We may suspend an identity or an organization at once for a breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or to protect the service or other tenants. On termination we stop processing your repositories and, on request, delete what we hold about your organization as the Privacy Policy describes.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will tell pilot organizations by email before a material change takes effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law, venue and dispute process will be stated here before these terms take effect. Until then, raise any dispute with us through support first.
